This information is used to contact you about scheduling a consultation call and to determine whether the intensive is a fit. It is shared with Karen Ice's practice and with the scheduling and messaging systems that operate this site on her behalf. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else. This site uses standard analytics and advertising measurement tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) that collect anonymous usage data through cookies; you can limit these through your browser settings. Submitting this form does not create a therapist-client relationship, and information submitted here is not protected health information until you become a client. To request deletion of your information, use the contact information provided after you submit, or reply STOP to any text message to end contact. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA.
